自動(dòng)攪拌機在進(jìn)行維修的時(shí)候有很多地方容易被忽略，下面我們就看看是哪幾方面。

Automatic mixer in the maintenance there are many places easy to be ignored, let's see which aspects.

一、二者之間的自鎖系數變小、自鎖性能下降。在攪拌車(chē)高速行駛時(shí)，螺栓螺母很容易松動(dòng)乃脫落，從而引發(fā)行車(chē)事故。不要用水沖洗車(chē)身，因為夏天氣溫高，很多司機選擇用水沖洗車(chē)身，在拿干凈的抹布擦拭，但其實(shí)車(chē)身內部是不能用水來(lái)沖洗的。因為駕駛室內地板膠墊的下面可不是“一馬平川”，結構上的需要使駕駛室地板膠墊下面的凹槽、通孔非常多。

1、 The self-locking coefficient between the two becomes smaller and the self-locking performance decreases. When the mixer is running at high speed, the bolts and nuts are easy to loose or even fall off, which will cause traffic accidents. Don't wash the car body with water because of the high temperature in summer. Many drivers choose to wash the car body with water and wipe it with a clean cloth. However, the interior of the car body can not be washed with water. Because the lower part of the floor rubber pad in the cab is not "flat", there are many grooves and through holes under the rubber pad of the cab floor due to the structural needs.

用水沖洗后，要么沉積在凹槽內不易干燥，要么從通孔處流到變速箱等部件上產(chǎn)生銹蝕。尤其是密封性能較好的轎車(chē)更不能用水直接沖洗車(chē)身內部。

After washing with water, it will either deposit in the groove, which is not easy to dry, or flow from the through-hole to the gearbox and other components to produce rust. Especially the car with good sealing performance can not directly wash the interior of the car body with water.

正確的方法是用濕抹布擦拭，但要避免積水。不同企業(yè)的冷卻液不要混合使用不同企業(yè)的冷卻液其化學(xué)性能可能相差懸殊，比如對黑色金屬有效的防腐劑，卻常常對鋁制品有腐蝕作用;而適用于鋁臺金的防腐劑則對鐵合金有害。由于不同企業(yè)的冷卻液所用的防腐劑不同，所以不能混合使用。

Because different brands of coolant use different preservatives, they cannot be mixed.

二、啟動(dòng)時(shí)不要踩油門(mén)：?jiǎn)?dòng)攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機前踩幾腳油門(mén)，是許多攪拌車(chē)駕駛員的習慣，尤其是在冬季冷車(chē)啟動(dòng)時(shí)。裝有電控噴油裝置的攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機與普通化油器式發(fā)動(dòng)機不同，它的噴油控制裝置能根據攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機的溫度、工況自動(dòng)調整供油量，使攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機順利啟動(dòng)，即在冷車(chē)啟動(dòng)時(shí)，噴油控制裝置能自動(dòng)增加供油量。所以，攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機啟動(dòng)時(shí)，沒(méi)有必要踩油門(mén)，更不要在啟動(dòng)前連續急踩，否則反而使攪拌車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機啟動(dòng)不良。

2、 Don't step on the accelerator when starting: it is the habit of many mixer drivers to step on the accelerator before starting the engine, especially when the vehicle is cold in winter. The mixer engine equipped with electronic fuel injection device is different from the common carburetor engine. Its fuel injection control device can automatically adjust the fuel supply according to the temperature and working conditions of the mixer engine, so that the mixer engine can start smoothly, that is, when the vehicle is cold, the fuel injection control device can automatically increase the fuel supply. Therefore, when the mixer engine starts, there is no need to step on the accelerator, let alone continuously step on the accelerator before starting, otherwise it will make the mixer engine start poorly.

三、不要給自動(dòng)攪拌機的輪胎螺栓螺母涂油在車(chē)輪維修中，少數司機為了防止攪拌車(chē)的車(chē)輪上螺栓螺母生銹，安裝時(shí)別出心裁地將螺栓螺母都涂上潤滑油，殊不知這種做法不僅錯誤，而且給攪拌車(chē)行車(chē)帶來(lái)一定的隱患。螺栓和螺母擰緊后，相互間具有自鎖的特性。

3、 Do not oil the tire bolts and nuts of automatic mixer. In wheel maintenance, a few drivers, in order to prevent the bolts and nuts on the wheels of the mixer from rusting, apply lubricating oil to the bolts and nuts when installing. However, this practice is not only wrong, but also brings some hidden dangers to the safety of the mixer. After the bolt and nut are tightened, they are self-locking.
