1. Check whether the automatic mixing hydraulic pump can output hydraulic oil. If it is a new hydraulic pump, and there is no hydraulic oil output, it may be that the pump body has casting defects (shrinkage cavity, sand hole, etc.), which makes the oil suction chamber contact with the oil pressure chamber, resulting in the loss of oil pressure capacity. It should be replaced by the manufacturer in time. If there is no new hydraulic pump and no hydraulic oil output, it may be the pump steering error, parts wear or damage, timely replacement.
2. Check whether the relief valve works normally when the hydraulic pump of automatic mixing is discharging oil. If it is abnormal, it may be a valve pressure oil line dust or other reasons, in the oil return position, resulting in a short circuit between the pressure oil line and the overflow circuit, or loose pipe joints, or serious leakage of some oil valves in the pressure line, or the seal damage of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor, serious leakage. The elimination method is to open the valve for cleaning, check the size of sealing clearance and various sealing devices, and replace the damaged sealing devices.
3. If the output flow of the automatic mixing integrated hydraulic pump decreases obviously with the increase of pressure, and the pressure does not reach the specified value, it is caused by the increase of clearance after the hydraulic pump is worn. The elimination method is to determine the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump, to determine whether the pump can continue to be used, and repair or replace the seriously worn parts.
4. The hydraulic system of automatic mixing can establish normal pressure, but when some pipelines or hydraulic cylinders (or hydraulic motors) are not under pressure, they may be blocked by pipeline, opening or throttle valve, reversing valve and other parts. At this time, the oil pressure and oil passing through should be checked one by one to find out the causes and eliminate them.
