多功能攪拌車(chē)大多數的拌和操作均系機械拌和，以中、低壓立式鋼制容器的拌和設備為主，來(lái)了解下拌和時(shí)機呈現什么問(wèn)題：

緊迫驅動(dòng)結束后,將驅動(dòng)軟管卸下,并康復兩車(chē)原狀。將多功能攪拌車(chē)熄火,將其液壓馬達的高壓油管卸下,并與毛病車(chē)上的對應接頭用緊迫驅動(dòng)軟管相在托輪和滾道之間放入木楔,以操控拌和筒的旋轉。

必定要留意;將發(fā)起機熄火，拆松液壓馬達的一根高壓油管,拌和筒可自由旋轉，操控拌和筒的旋轉,使修理孔轉到下部,然后打開(kāi)修理孔，整理出筒內混凝土,此時(shí)必定要留意,混凝土排出結束后，康復拌和車(chē)原狀。發(fā)起拌和車(chē),將其操作手柄撥出料方位,毛病車(chē)內的混凝土即被排出。準備好緊迫驅動(dòng)軟管,將拌和車(chē)熄火,卸下液壓馬達上的高壓油管接頭。
