有這樣一種狀況，便是咱們的駕馭員在駕馭攪拌車(chē)的時(shí)分會(huì )常常發(fā)覺(jué)這樣的一種現象，那便是水的溫度過(guò)高，這個(gè)究竟什么狀況呢？

There is such a situation, that is, our drivers often find such a phenomenon when driving the mixer truck, that is, the water temperature is too high. What is the situation?

一、焚燒建議車(chē)時(shí)的操作過(guò)程不正確。

1、 The operation process is not correct when burning the vehicle.

二、冷卻介質(zhì)短少：①防凍液：要求一年四季都要加注防凍液；②水或蒸餾水：暫時(shí)代用；③水箱蓋漏水。

2、 Shortage of cooling medium: ① antifreeze: it is required to add antifreeze throughout the year; ② water or distilled water: temporary replacement; ③ water tank cover leakage.

三、小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)水泵缺陷：葉輪打滑或卡死導致正時(shí)皮帶斷掉；葉輪變形。

3、 Small concrete mixer pump defects: impeller slipping or stuck, resulting in broken timing belt; impeller deformation.

四、冷卻電扇不轉：冷卻電扇或許由溫控開(kāi)關(guān)操控；也或許由水溫傳感器操控。

4、 Cooling fan doesn't work: cooling fan may be controlled by temperature control switch or water temperature sensor.

五、小型混凝土攪拌車(chē)水箱阻塞：外部阻塞應用水或氣將臟物除去；內部阻塞會(huì )影響冷卻液的循環(huán)，一起會(huì )發(fā)生壓力，這時(shí)會(huì )有兩種作用，一種是水箱漏水，另一種是在高速行駛時(shí)水溫特別高。

5、 Water tank blockage of small concrete mixer: the external blockage should be removed by water or air; the internal blockage will affect the circulation of coolant, and pressure will occur together. At this time, there are two effects, one is water leakage in the water tank, the other is particularly high water temperature when driving at high speed.

六、汽缸損蝕：焚燒室與水道沖，這時(shí)會(huì )從排水管排水或排白煙，構成水箱經(jīng)常性缺水；水道與油道沖（機油有水呈白色）；水道與水道沖，構成缸體散熱不良，尤其在高速時(shí)影響更大。

6、 Cylinder erosion: when the combustion chamber and water channel are flushed, the water will be drained or white smoke will be discharged from the drain pipe, resulting in frequent water shortage of the water tank; when the water channel and oil channel are flushed (the engine oil is white with water); when the water channel and water channel are flushed, the heat dissipation of the cylinder block is poor, especially at high speed.

七、節溫器損壞：如想拆掉節溫器，此刻應把小循環(huán)堵上，這樣能夠確保冷卻液悉數由水箱散熱；裝新節溫器時(shí)應留神是否有過(guò)水孔。

7、 Thermostat damage: if you want to remove the thermostat, you should plug the small circulation at this moment, so as to ensure that all the coolant is dissipated by the water tank; when installing a new thermostat, you should pay attention to whether there is a water hole.

假定在駕馭攪拌車(chē)的時(shí)分發(fā)現了水溫過(guò)高就要靠邊泊車(chē)，但不要當即熄火。由于冷卻液的溫度現已很高，降溫才華已達到極限，這時(shí)假定當即熄火，歡娛的冷卻液也就間斷了循環(huán)。

If you find that the water temperature is too high when driving the mixer, you should pull over and park, but don't turn off the engine immediately. Because the temperature of the coolant is now very high, the cooling ability has reached the limit. At this time, it is assumed that the engine will be turned off immediately, and the entertainment coolant will be interrupted.

過(guò)高的溫度得不到冷卻，建議機也是難以承受的。假定先讓建議機怠速作業(yè)一瞬間，不斷循環(huán)的冷卻液仍是能夠減輕高溫對建議機的影響。

Too high temperature can't be cooled, so it's hard to bear. Assuming that the recommender idles for a moment, the continuous circulation of coolant can still reduce the impact of high temperature on the recommender.
