(1)避免在惡劣的工作情況下運行作業(yè);避免過(guò)急啟動(dòng),急轉彎和急剎車(chē)。
(1) Avoid operating under harsh working conditions; Avoid sharp starting, sharp turning and sharp braking.
(2)限制速度:防止生熱太大而引起小型裝載機輪胎脫層。
(2) Speed limit: prevent the tire delamination of small loader caused by too much heat generation.
(3)行駛作業(yè)中發(fā)現的異常如:聲音、振動(dòng)等,應立即停車(chē)檢查。

輪胎的花紋設計都是根據車(chē)型進(jìn)行設計的,不同車(chē)型輪胎花紋不同,輪胎的花紋對噪音也是有影響的。

輪胎所產(chǎn)生的噪音主要有兩種,一是當胎面與地面互相接觸時(shí),輪胎溝槽會(huì )改變空氣流向所產(chǎn)生的噪音以及橡膠塊與地面敲擊所產(chǎn)生的噪音,都統稱(chēng)為花紋噪音。二是由胎體結構以及橡膠配方所導致的噪音,稱(chēng)之為結構噪音。

(1)控制一體機質(zhì)量和行駛速度輪胎標準規定了在速度下,相應的輪胎氣壓下的載荷。廠(chǎng)家的小型裝載機輪胎氣壓是根據標準要求在車(chē)輛額定負荷、正常作業(yè)過(guò)程中我們輪胎所承受的負荷情況而確定的。因此,車(chē)輛要按裝載機所標定的額定載荷進(jìn)行裝載,正常情況下超負荷15以?xún)仁强梢越邮艿摹?/div>
(1) Controlling the mass and running speed of the all-in-one machine, the tire standard specifies the load under the corresponding tire pressure at the speed. The tire pressure of the manufacturer's small loader is determined according to the standard requirements, the rated load of the vehicle and the load borne by our tires during normal operation. Therefore, the vehicle shall be loaded according to the rated load calibrated by the loader. Under normal circumstances, overload within 15 is acceptable.
(2)控制自動(dòng)攪拌一體機的輪胎充氣壓輪胎氣壓過(guò)高或低均會(huì )導致輪胎早期磨損,嚴重影響輪胎的使用壽命。
(2) Control the tire inflation pressure of the automatic mixing machine. High or low tire pressure will lead to early tire wear and seriously affect the service life of the tire.
