在攪拌車(chē)中，散熱器可以說(shuō)發(fā)揮著(zhù)十分重要的作用，特別是在溫度比較高的時(shí)節使用，可有效保障車(chē)輛內部的舒適性和運行。不過(guò)，倘若散熱器使用不當的話(huà)，也非常有可能帶來(lái)意想不到的嚴重后果，所以，使用時(shí)的重中之重是要嚴格按照使用說(shuō)明進(jìn)行操作。下面我們就為大家簡(jiǎn)單介紹下自動(dòng)攪拌一體車(chē)散熱器的正確使用方式。

In the mixer, the radiator can be said to play a very important role, especially in the high temperature season, can effectively guarantee the comfort and operation safety of the vehicle interior. However, if the radiator is not used properly, it is very likely to bring unexpected serious consequences, so the most important thing is to operate in strict accordance with the instructions. Now we will briefly introduce the correct use of the radiator of the automatic mixer truck.

攪拌車(chē)散熱器使用中應注意以下幾點(diǎn)事項：

Attention should be paid to the following points in the use of mixer radiator:

1、備用的散熱器有效環(huán)境應保持通風(fēng)、干燥；

1. The effective environment of spare radiator should be kept ventilated and dry;

2、自動(dòng)攪拌一體車(chē)散熱器不應與任何酸、堿或其它腐蝕性性質(zhì)接觸；

2. The radiator of automatic mixer truck shall not contact with any acid, alkali or other corrosive properties;

3、建議使用軟硬水需軟化處理后使用，避免造成散熱器內部堵塞及水垢的產(chǎn)生；

3. It is suggested that the soft and hard water should be softened before use to avoid the blockage and scale in the radiator;

4、水位計應每3個(gè)月清洗一次或視實(shí)際情況，各部件拆下用溫水加無(wú)腐蝕性洗滌劑清洗；

4. The water level gauge should be cleaned every 3 months or as the case may be, all parts should be removed and cleaned with warm water and non corrosive detergent;

5、在安裝散熱器過(guò)程中，請不要損壞散熱帶（片）和碰傷散熱器，以保障散熱能力和密封；

5. In the process of installing the radiator, please do not damage the heat dissipation belt (fin) or damage the radiator to ensure the heat dissipation capacity and sealing;

6、在使用防凍液，為了避免散熱器的腐蝕，請務(wù)必使用正規廠(chǎng)家生產(chǎn)且符合標準的長(cháng)效防銹防凍液；

6. In the use of antifreeze, in order to avoid the corrosion of the radiator, be sure to use regular manufacturers and meet the national standard of long-term anti rust antifreeze;

7、散熱器內完全放水再注水時(shí)，要先將發(fā)動(dòng)機缸體的放水開(kāi)關(guān)扭開(kāi)，有水流出時(shí)，再關(guān)上，從而避免產(chǎn)生水泡；

7. When the radiator is completely drained and then filled with water, first turn on the drain switch of the engine block, and then turn off when there is water flowing out, so as to avoid blisters;

8、在冬季為防止結冰造成芯子破裂現象，如自上料攪拌車(chē)長(cháng)期停車(chē)或間接停車(chē)時(shí)，應將水箱蓋和放水開(kāi)關(guān)，將水全部放出；

8. In winter, in order to prevent core cracking caused by icing, such as long-term or indirect parking of self loading mixer, the water tank cover and drain switch should be used to drain all water;

在自動(dòng)攪拌一體車(chē)日常使用中應隨時(shí)檢查水位，要停機降溫后加水。加水時(shí)，將水箱蓋慢慢打開(kāi)，作業(yè)人員身體應盡量遠離加水口，以防高壓蒸汽油加水口噴出造成燙傷

In the daily use of the automatic mixer truck, the water level should be checked at any time, and the water should be added after shutdown to cool down. When adding water, open the water tank cover slowly, and keep the operator away from the water inlet as far as possible, so as to prevent scalding caused by high-pressure steam gasoline spraying out of the water inlet
