一、液壓驅動(dòng)系統維護

1、 Hydraulic drive system maintenance

液壓系統可以說(shuō)是混凝土自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)的核心系統。為保證混凝土自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)能正常工作，攪拌罐能運轉正常，須在每次車(chē)輛發(fā)動(dòng)前檢查油路散熱器和減速機的液壓油位，保證油位指示在視窗范圍內。同時(shí)要保證其清潔性，以免塵粒和水分等污染系統液壓油，造成系統不能正常工作或損壞。

二、供水系統維護

氣壓供水系統加水量一般在水箱的四分之三處為宜；車(chē)輛在行駛時(shí)水路系統中各個(gè)閥門(mén)均應處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，以免影響車(chē)輛的制動(dòng)性能，或燒結摩擦片，從而影響車(chē)輛的制動(dòng)性能。禁止隨意焊動(dòng)和改動(dòng)水箱，避免重物撞擊；經(jīng)常檢查閥體是否堵塞或是否有工作異常；在有結冰可能的環(huán)境中使用時(shí)，供水系統須排空存水，防止管路凍裂；經(jīng)常檢查系統的密封性，拆卸修理后，關(guān)鍵部位要涂螺紋密封膠。

三、攪拌筒維護

初次使用要及時(shí)檢查罐體及別的部位螺栓是否有松動(dòng)，每天行車(chē)前要檢查托輪與滾道的潤滑，每個(gè)月打開(kāi)一次托輪護罩，清理內部的油污并添加潤滑油脂。
